Decisions on Taking Business in Private
Under agenda item 2 we will decide whether to take in private item 5, which is consideration of today’s and previous evidence on the Scottish welfare fund, and item 6, which is the work programme paper. Do members agree to take those items in private?

I also seek the committee’s agreement that next week’s meeting, which is a briefing from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland on the process for appointing the chair and members of the Poverty and Inequality Commission, be held entirely in private.
