Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the fifth meeting in 2020 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. We have received apologies from Neil Findlay MSP and Gil Paterson MSP.

Our first item is a decision on taking agenda items 2 and 3 in private. Item 2 is consideration of some correspondence that the committee has received and item 3 is consideration of the committee’s work programme. Do members agree to take those items in private?

Members indicated agreement.
