Agriculture Market Measures (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) (No 2) (SSI 2019/347)
Item 3 concerns the sift of one EU exit instrument under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The Scottish Government has allocated the negative procedure to this Scottish statutory instrument. Is the committee agreed that it is content with the parliamentary procedure that has been allocated to the instrument by the Government?
