Environmental Impact Assessment (Transport) (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/415)
Item 3 is the sift of SSI 2019/415, which is an EU exit instrument. The Scottish Government has allocated the negative procedure to the instrument. As members have no comments to make about that, does the committee agree that it is content with the parliamentary procedure that the Scottish Government has allocated to the instrument?
