Food and Drink (Miscellaneous Amendments Relating to Food and Wine Composition, Information and Labelling) Regulations 2021

Item 3 is a consent notification in relation to a UK statutory instrument. The instrument has been laid in the UK Parliament in relation to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. As our papers point out, the committee is asked to consider only the elements of the instrument that relate to wine, and the Health and Sport Committee is considering the remainder of the issues.

As I do not see any indication that members wish to comment, does the committee agree to write to the Scottish Government to confirm that it is content for consent to be given to the SI that is referred to in the notification?
