We move to item 11. We have received a consent notification in relation to one EU statutory instrument. The instrument is being laid in the UK Parliament under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. It has been classified as category A. No issues have been raised on the instrument.
Does the committee agree to write to the Scottish Government to confirm that it is content for consent for the UK statutory instrument to which the notification refers to be given?
