Good morning and welcome to the 10th meeting in session 5 of the Public Audit and Post-legislative Scrutiny Committee. I ask everyone present to switch off their electronic devices or switch them to silent so that they do not affect the committee’s work.
We come to agenda item 1. I welcome Ross Thomson to the committee and invite him to declare any relevant interests.
