Good morning and welcome to the 29th meeting of the Public Audit and Post-legislative Scrutiny Committee in 2019. I ask everyone in the public gallery to please switch off their devices or turn them to silent so that they do not affect the committee’s work.
Item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to take items 4 and 5 in private?

Item 2 is another decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to take in private at future meetings draft reports on post-legislative scrutiny of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, the 2018-19 audit of the Scottish Prison Service and the Scottish Public Pensions Agency update on the management of the PS pensions project?
