Charities Accounts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/344)

The next item of business is consideration of a Scottish statutory instrument. I refer members to paper 3. The regulations were laid under the negative procedure, which means that they will come into force unless the Parliament agrees to a motion to annul them. No motion to annul has been lodged and the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee has not drawn the regulations to Parliament’s attention on any of its reporting grounds.
