Welcome back, everyone. Agenda item 3 is consideration of subordinate legislation. The committee will consider the negative instrument SSI 2017/78 as listed on the agenda. The instrument is laid under the negative procedure, which means that its provisions will come into force unless the Parliament votes on a motion to annul the instrument.
