Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 19th meeting in 2018 of the Justice Committee. There are no apologies; Liam Kerr has indicated that he is on his way and will arrive shortly.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking in private item 3, which is consideration of the committee’s draft report on remand, and item 4, which is consideration of the committee’s draft stage 1 report on the Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill. Are we agreed to take those items in private?
