Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good morning and welcome to the Justice Committee’s 29th meeting of 2018. We have apologies from Jenny Gilruth, and we welcome back George Adam as a substitute. The first item on our agenda is a decision on whether to take in private today and at future meetings consideration of a draft report on post-legislative scrutiny of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 and a draft report on Brexit and the civil and criminal justice systems and policing in Scotland. Do members agree to do so?
