Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the Justice Committee’s fifth meeting of 2017. Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private items 6 and 7. Item 6 is a paper on the future scrutiny of the Railway Policing (Scotland) Bill and item 7 is consideration of a discussion paper on our inquiry into the role and purpose of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service. I also ask members whether they are content to take in private all future draft reports on that inquiry. Do we agree to take those items in private?
