Decision on Taking Business in Private

Under agenda item 2 we will decide whether to take items 5, 6 and 7 in private. Item 5 is consideration of the written evidence received and potential witnesses for stage 1 scrutiny of the Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Bill, item 6 is consideration of the written evidence received and potential witnesses for stage 1 scrutiny of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Repeal) (Scotland) Bill, and item 7 is consideration of our work programme. We will also decide whether future consideration of a draft stage 1 report on the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill should be taken in private at future meetings. Do we agree to take those items in private?
