Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 28th meeting of the Health and Sport Committee in 2018. Item 1 is for the committee to decide whether to take in private item 6 and all future consideration of evidence received on proposals by the Scottish Government to consent to the United Kingdom Government legislating using the powers under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in relation to UK statutory instrument proposals. Do members agree?
