Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 14th meeting in session 5 of the Health and Sport Committee. I ask everyone in the room to ensure that their mobile phones are set to silent. Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to consider our approach to legislative consent motions in private at this and future meetings? I note that it is normal practice to consider such approach papers in private.
