Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good morning and welcome to the eighth meeting in 2016 of the Finance and Constitution Committee. We have received apologies from our deputy convener Alex Johnstone and from Neil Bibby. I ask members to switch off their mobile phones or at least set them to a mode that ensures that they do not interfere with the proceedings.
