Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the 10th meeting in 2018 of the Education and Skills Committee. I remind everyone present to turn their mobile phones and other devices to silent for the duration of the meeting. We have received apologies from Richard Lochhead; Clare Adamson is attending in his place. Liz Smith will join us shortly and Tavish Scott will be here for only a short time, as he has stage 2 amendments to debate in another committee.

The first item of business is a decision on whether to take agenda items 4 and 5—on a review of the evidence heard today and on consideration of the work programme—in private. Is everyone content for items 4 and 5 to be taken in private?
