Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, and a very warm welcome to the 32nd meeting in 2020 of the Education and Skills Committee. We have apologies from Jamie Halcro Johnston; Oliver Mundell is attending as a substitute. Alex Neil will have to leave at 10 o’clock. I remind everyone to turn their mobile phones and other devices to silent for the duration of the meeting.

Our first agenda item is a decision on whether to take agenda item 3 in private. Does any member object to our doing so?
