Good morning and welcome to the 10th meeting in 2019 of the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee. I ask everyone to turn their electrical devices to silent. We have received apologies from Gordon MacDonald, and Willie Coffey is here in his stead. Dean Lockhart has also sent his apologies, and Tom Mason is standing in for him.
