Welcome to the 29th meeting of 2017 of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. I remind everyone present to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices as they may affect the broadcasting system.
I welcome Stewart Stevenson to his first meeting as a member of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee, and I invite him to declare any interests that are relevant to the work of the committee.
