Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good morning, everyone. I welcome members to the 26th meeting in 2017 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. We have had apologies from David Torrance and Monica Lennon. I welcome Colin Beattie once again.
It is proposed that the committee take items 6, 7 and 8 in private. They are consideration of our approach to the Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill; the committee’s annual report; and evidence heard on the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill. Does the committee agree to take those items in private?
Members indicated agreement.
The committee will return to public session for item 9 at 1 pm.
