Decision on Taking Business in Private
Item 2 is to make a decision on taking business in private. It is proposed that we take items 6 and 7 in private. Item 6 is on amendment at stage 3 of the Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Bill, and item 7 is on relevant recent developments in relation to the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill. Does the committee agree to take those items in private?
