Good morning, and welcome to the 12th meeting of the COVID-19 Committee in 2020. We have received apologies from Monica Lennon, Annabelle Ewing and Willie Coffey, and I welcome as substitutes Alex Rowley, James Dornan and Colin Beattie. We are also joined by Graham Simpson.
