I have held this position since 2009, and have found it to be very fulfilling. There are many opportunities to develop the services and the team, and it is challenging on a day to day basis, delivering services to Members and visitors in this unique building. This does make the post even more rewarding and interesting. Being awarded the Five Star Visitor designation was a particular high. It has been a great team to work with and I have enjoyed every moment.
