About the workshops
The workshops are designed to support our zero tolerance approach to sexual harassment and sexist behaviour in the workplace. Each session will have a maximum of 15 delegates and will last three hours.
What will they cover?
- The fundamental principles of zero tolerance and what this means in relation to our culture and values
- The law and the definitions of what constitutes sexual harassment and sexist behaviour
- Challenging the behaviour when someone sees it or experiences it (understanding the impact of doing nothing)
- Understanding the impact of our behaviours on others through unconscious bias and how we might judge/treat others
MSPs, MSP staff and SPCB staff (including agency staff) can sign up to a session using our on-line booking system.
