• Are changes to anti-social behaviour legislation the best way to address neighbouring household odours?
• What (if any) are the other options?
• Who should be responsible for tackling neighbour disputes around household odours – the householder or someone else?
• If a neighbour refuses to take action to resolve an ongoing odour problem, what should happen?
