The Committee agreed to write to Lord Holmes of Richmond, local authorities, the Scottish Government, Heads of Planning Scotland, Sustrans, the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland, the Royal Town Planning Institute Scotland and the Association of Provinces of the Netherlands.
