The Office of the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland was established by the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 to regulate, monitor, advise and report on the process for making appointments to the boards of Scottish public bodies. This report describes the Committee's consideration of a draft revised code of practice for ministerial appointments to public bodies.
