The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable format from: Mark Taylor, Assistant Director, Audit Scotland; Charlotte Barbour, Director of Taxation, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS); Alan Bermingham, Policy and Technical Manager, CIPFA; Dr Angela O'Hagan, Chair, Equality and Budget Advisory Group; David Phillips, Associate Director, Institute for Fiscal Studies; Dr Alison Hosie, Research Officer, Scottish Human Rights Commission; and Joanne Walker, Technical Officer, Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

In preparation of the meeting, Audit Scotland, ICAS and CIOT have submitted written responses on the Scottish Government's Budget 2019-20. The submissions will be considered throughout the meeting and are available below:
