Section 23 report - Managing ICT contracts in central government: An update

At its meeting on 24 June 2015, the Committee took evidence from the Auditor General for Scotland on the above report. The Committee agreed to seek oral evidence from the Scottish Government on issues raised in discussion.

At its meeting on 23 September 2015, the Committee took oral evidence from the Scottish Government on the above report. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government on issues raised in discussion and consider an options paper from the Clerk at a future meeting.

At its meeting on 25 November 2015, the Committee considered a response from the Scottish Government on the above report. The Committee agreed to follow up with the Permanent Secretary on 9 December 2015 issues raised in discussion and to consider a paper from the Clerk at a future meeting.

At its meeting on 20 January 2016, the Committee considered a paper from the Clerk on the Auditor General for Scotland report. The Committee agreed to follow-up issues raised with the Director-General Health and Social Care and Director-General Communities.
