On 25th March 2013, Helen Eadie MSP and Roderick Campbell MSP of the European and External Relations Committee visited Todd & Duncan Ltd., a textiles firm in Kinross, as part of the Committee's inquiry into the Scottish Government’s Country Plan for China and International Framework. Todd & Duncan Ltd. is an example of a Scottish business which has been bought by a Chinese parent company.
