Housing (Amendment) Scotland Bill - Call for Evidence

Bill Summary:
A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to amend the law on the regulation of social landlords and to reduce the influence of local authorities over registered social landlords.

Current Status of the Bill:
This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Communities, Social Security and Equalities, Angela Constance MSP, on 4 September 2017.    

The Finance and Constitution Committee has issued a call for evidence inviting written submissions on the estimated financial implications of the Bill as set out in its accompanying Financial Memorandum (FM).

The deadline for submissions was Friday 13 October 2017. We have received 5 written submissions for our call for evidence and you can read them all below:
