This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Health, Wellbeing and Sport, Shona Robison MSP, on 8 October 2015.
The Bill was passed by the Parliament on 22 March 2016 and received Royal Assent on 28 April 2016.
