A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to amend the Interests of Members of the Scottish Parliament Act 2006 and the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.

Current Status of the Bill

The Bill was passed at Stage 3 on 17 December 2015 and received Royal Assent on 21 January 2016.
