That the Parliament congratulates Kincardine O’Neil "In Bloom" on achieving its sixth consecutive certificate with distinction in the Keep Scotland Beautiful Awards; recognises that it won the "It’s your neighbourhood" award for its consistent efforts to maintain sustainable, greener spaces in the community and the hard work that it put in to achieve this year-round; acknowledges that there were 40 winners from 145 projects, and thanks Kincardine O’Neil and all the other projects for their voluntary work, which contributes to keeping Scotland beautiful and, it considers, increasingly more environmentally sustainable.
