Oaklands School Wins sportscotland Gold School Sport Award

That the Parliament congratulates Oaklands School in Edinburgh on achieving the prestigious Gold sportscotland School Sport Award, one of only 284 schools in the country to achieve this accolade in 2018; recognises that Oaklands School provides education for children and young people with complex and long-term additional support needs who require a significantly modified learning environment; notes that the sportscotland School Sports Award is a national, lottery-funded initiative designed to encourage schools to continuously improve physical education, and wishes teachers, pupils and all the support staff at Oaklands School every success in the future.
