That the Parliament congratulates Kincardine Offshore Windfarm Ltd (KOWL) on generating power from its first turbine at what it believes will be the world’s largest floating offshore wind farm; believes that this is another milestone for this sector, and considers that Scotland has a unique opportunity to benefit economically from this emerging technology.
