That the Parliament notes the Oil and Gas Authority’s report, UK Oil and Gas: Reserves and Resources, which states that, overall, remaining recoverable hydrocarbon resources from the UK Continental Shelf is in the range of 10 to 20 billion barrels of oil equivalent, and believes that these resources have the ability to sustain production for at least the next 20 years and beyond if additional undeveloped resources can be matured.
