That the Parliament congratulates Alix Frost from Westhill, who works for the catering company, Entier, on scooping the Young Chef award; understands that Alix impressed a panel of judges with his distinguished dish; congratulates the Falls of Feugh restaurant on picking up the Best Afternoon Tea award, and wishes both Alix and the Falls of Feugh restaurant every success in the future.
