That the Parliament congratulates the organisers of the 2017 London Marathon on another successful event; commends everyone who took part, particularly Robbie Simpson from Banchory, who was the first Scot to cross the line and 15th overall, and thanks all who supported the runners and helped raise money for a wide variety of charities.
