Commitment to Women's Reproductive Rights

That the Parliament notes the stated intention of the Secretary of State for Scotland to amend the Scotland Bill to achieve the devolution of abortion law; recognises the fundamental importance of women's sexual and reproductive rights, and commits to defend those rights against any attempt to undermine women's access to safe and legal abortion in Scotland.
