As part of its 20th Year Anniversary, the Scottish Parliament is working in partnership with Creative Media Network Scotland, to commission students and modern apprentices to make 1 minute films, exploring the impact 20 years of devolved governance has had on regions throughout Scotland. The films should be politically impartial, fair and not derogatory.
Supported by their institutions, successful students will be invited to pitch ideas, to an industry panel who will select 20 of the films for commission. The successful 20 films will be screened throughout the year on the Scottish Parliament channels, may feature in a permanent exhibition in the Parliament, and other digital platforms.
