Our Performance Management Approach

The Organisational Development programme is changing the way we look at performance and development.

Offices will move onto the new system from September - December 2015. During this time, there is no need to complete an In Year Review form.

Once your office has moved onto SPLearning (the online tool which will help manage performance), you will have an icon on your desktop which takes your directly to the site. If you're keen for an early look, though, you can log on (with your network ID and password) to https://splearning.scot.
