The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) and senior management of the Parliament are fully committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organisation.   Our commitment is to put in place a framework to provide parliamentary staff with the tools and support to identify and overcome barriers to better build a diverse and inclusive organisation. This will mean Diversity and Inclusion is embedded into everything we do.
