Closing Date for Online Petition: 05 June 2018

What are your views on the requirements of the current legislation which require a two-thirds majority to secure the dismissal of a property factor?

What are your thoughts on the suggestion that the legislation should be amended so that a simple majority of residents can dismiss a property factor?
