Scotland has a broken seal when it comes to human rights, the mental health act is being abused and manipulated by courts, councils and health professionals. Curator ad litems are not even regulated ! The moral agent of MWC has been corrupted. The criminals seem to be charge now, no true checks nor balance of powers.

It was powers of this nature, in their 1980s incarnation, that, in a Western democracy, enabled a mental health unit to nurse to announce that they were going "to get you in here and change you."

At the moment there are no safeguards or Human Rights woven into Mental Health Services. It's designed to exploit patients. The Psychotropic Drugs are the first thing Clinicians reach for. They are a risk to themselves and a risk to others. All will be revealed.

The 2003 Mental Health Act does not provide for a complaints handling procedure. Neither the mental health tribunal nor the Mental Welfare Commission is required to investigate complaints
